Lock-in terms are real
Premium packages have 3–5 year commitments. Platinum has 5–10. These exist because estate planning is long-term work. We disclose this fully before you sign — not in fine print.
Government fees are additional
For Premium and Platinum, government-mandated filing fees for Will registration and probate are charged separately. These vary by state and estate complexity.
Inflation adjustment kicks in at year 5
Premium: 10% p.a. (~$350 USD). Platinum: 20% p.a. (~$1,200 USD). This maintains service quality over long commitments — not hidden profit.
