Moments by Gaia is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we handle your personal information when you use our website or services.
What we collect
When you contact us or submit a form, we collect your name, email address, phone number (if provided), country of residence, and any details you share about your family's situation. We do not collect sensitive personal information beyond what you voluntarily provide.
How we use your information
We use your information solely to respond to your enquiry, arrange discovery calls, and deliver the services you have purchased. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Your information is shared with our legal partner team only when legal services are part of your package, and only with your knowledge.
Data storage
Your data is stored securely using Supabase infrastructure, hosted on AWS. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We retain your information for as long as you are an active customer, plus a reasonable period thereafter for legal and operational compliance.
Digital vault
Documents and files you store in your digital vault are encrypted and accessible only to you and named authorised family members. Moments by Gaia staff do not access vault contents except in exceptional circumstances with your explicit consent.
Cookies and analytics
We use anonymous analytics (PostHog) to understand how visitors use our website. This data does not identify you personally. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time. To make a request, email us at hello@momentsbygaia.com. We will respond within 30 days.
